Sitting. Waiting. Wishing.

HEADS UP: This post is going to be very quick and brief.

~when you're all alone and weary, who makes you merry?

Day 03- A picture of you and your friends

Here are some pictures of my friends... not every single one of them, but they are like representatives of each group ;) Yes, I do have loads of circles of friends because I could be really friendly although I may appear very shy and aloof to people at the first meeting, but once you get to know me... you'll be regretting it for the rest of your life because I certainly won't stop blabbering and entertaining you to the summit.

~friends I grew up with. From grade school to high school ♥

~friends I met through Tim, very, very amazing people!

~friends that I work with now. The best team ever!

I'm really glad that I have these people around (and also those that I don't have pictures of from this computer) because they totally make me go on through with life seamlessly! I mean, yes, I do need some quiet time and a space for myself, but being around these wonderful and thoughtful friends could really lift up my spirit! I especially love how the bonds I've shared with very old (not the age) friends have gone so strong they almost feel like my sisters and how new acquaintances have lead to great friendships, too! I love it, I love the feeling of spending time with my friends, I love how we'd resolve issues like real grown-up people ('cuz admit it, we could really still get childish sometimes ;))... I just love them, actually. From the bottom of my heart. And again, I am very grateful to have them -- I will do anything to keep them for as long as I can. Oh of course, I would like to say sorry for the times that I've misbehaved (as in pulled in unnecessary tantrums and stuff like that ;)) or failed to keep a promise or failed to be there sometimes when they need me or just simply haven't been the friend I ought to be... But really, from the deepest of my heart I treasure and value everyone! And if only, if only I could have time for every one of them... I won't mind giving it all! So please, don't ever think that I've forgotten or forsaken you if I can't get back to your texts or FB messages and comments all of the time -- especially, these days. There has been a lot going on in my life... Your hi's and how are you's will surely help! Thank you so much! I love you all! I really do!

don't drift away, drift closer,

The Beginning of Their Happily Ever After

~to love and to hold... from now until forever.
"It took one look and forever laid out in front of me.
One smile and I died only to be revived by you.
I take one step away but I find myself coming back to you…
My one and only you.
Now I know that I know not a thing at all
Except the fact that
I am yours and you are mine."
~Parokya ni Edgar, One and Only You

Remember the promise I've made? That I'm going to share with you the bliss and happiness that I have felt when I attended Jing (my BFF) and Titan's wedding? Well, it's finally here! I was actually thinking of asking Jing yesterday when their anniversary is as a girlfriend and a boyfriend and much to my surprise when I checked my FB wall I found out that the 16th of October is actually their anniversary! How very timely! I better, better put up something very special for them. I know it's a day-late, but... give me a chance?

prettiest bride!!! ♥

My BFF has been married for almost a month ago already, but I could still shriek with excitement everytime I think about it. I don't know why weddings always give me this roller-coaster-kind-of-rush feeling as though I am the one who will be walking down the aisle when after all I am just going to be a spectator, one of the audiences with her wide mouth open in awe and wonder at the beautiful bride. I honestly envy brides -- they're just too beautiful on their wedding day that I almost wanted to get married everyday so I could look as beautiful. That isn't wishful thinking my friends, that is foolish thinking. My best friend was one of the most beautiful and prettiest brides that I've seen so far... she just has this inner glow emitting a certain hint of happiness and the groom couldn't hide his delight as well, it all showed shamelessly through his smile!

happy couple ♥

I couldn't even describe the feeling as I watched Jing walk down the aisle... I wanted to cry and my heart was just bursting with happiness for both of them! How much more them who can now officially call each other "mine"? Ahh... The love they have is truly amazing! They've been through a lot of storms, some countless heartbreaks and break-ups, heated arguments and intense fights... but look at where they are now... They are still together -- both strong enough and determined to make their love last for more than forever. I know and I am sure that they will be both very happy married couples and with everything that they've been through, it won't be very difficult anymore to conquer whatever trials that will come their way. They've been tested by time and everything else in between and I am truly proud of them!

graduation day

I pray that they will continue to be as strong for both of them and for their baby who is bound to say hello to the world come February! Super excited for that, too! Jing has been asking around for name suggestions. She wants to name her baby Miracle if it's going to be a girl. But I really have a strong feeling though that it's going to be a baby boy -- referring to Jing's stories of wanting to watch action movies most of the time instead of the usual ones. Well, I hope I am right! I think it's going to be the first baby boy ever in their family!

Jing and her lovely sisters

I bet that baby is going to be as beautiful as these women! :)

Oh Jing and Titan, your love story is my modern-day fairytale! They do come true after all! I wish you more happiness, love, commitment and faithfulness. Take care of both of you and love each other more every single day.

IT'S DECEMBER -- FINALLY! The month we've been waiting all year round! Let me be the first to say...

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! =)

I really believe this is most people's favorite season of the year because it's my favoritest, too! :) Can you smell the scent of pines and nuts and winter? I know... we don't have winter here... YET! But please since it is Christmas please allow me to dream on some!
And by the way, the number one on my Christmas Wish List is...

Nothing beats a good music for the holidays really. I love Christmas songs!

11.30.09 | 07:15:23 | i don't write nights anymore

Too much of the good thing... they say that even the greatest things of all never last. Everything has an end. And that is true... but I think... only if you choose to. There will always be days you could use to relive the good times and some days you can spend for mourning.

As for now... it's a holiday here in the P.I. Not a very big holiday as the Thanksgiving but a holiday to commemorate the greatness of one of our heroes who helped fight to give us back our freedom - Andres Bonifacio. I wonder what everybody else is doing right now although I am pretty sure I am one with them in enjoying the perks of what our heroes fought for: FREEDOM AND NO CLASSES! Too bad I cannot say... "NO WORK!" cuz I will surely be at my desk again tonight giving free psychoanalysis to customers and making sure that their issues get resolved at the end of the day otherwise they'll be back on the phone the next day for another fifteen minutes to an hour - what a way to waste time! On the brighter side, I get some additional pay for working on a holiday. Another perk for having and working holidays. My deepest gratitude to our dear heroes! You've surely made this life of ours more fun and liberating!I love it!

For the past five days I lived like a normal student sans work cuz I took some days off [we were supposed to go to the mystic island of Siquijor, however plans changed and so we decided to stay here -- more of that in a while!] but plus late night outs and almost sleepless nights and then there's a small session with booze. Forgive me, but it has been a very looong time since I last had a date with it [booze]. And with friends by my side... who could resist? I sure will be sent home safely and soundly. During the days I am a regular student - waking up early and prepping up and getting to school just in time! I kinda forgot I was actually employed somewhere. *sighs*

Here are some photos: =)

~there's Teddy at the center and we're all laughing
cuz our legs hit the bars as we try to pedal. hahah!

~this is just sooo Christmassy! don't you love it? :)
i can definitely smell Christmas already!

~swing, swing, swing!
reminds me of the good old grade school days.

~and then we went Go-Carting =)
it was really fun! i wanna DRIVE!

~our tickets and my girlfriends =)
LOVE!

WE SURELY HAD FUN IN FUNLAND! :)

And I guess this should be it for now... I will have to enjoy the rest of my vacation until tonight!

YESTERDAY. I like being alone. I hate feeling lonely.

Save me,
I can't be saved,
I won't.
I don't need no love.
I'm a president's son.

08.13.09 | 02:03:24 | you're only dirty, dirty you ain't beautiful nor rich.

I found an old
autograph.
Autograph as in that silly notebook kind of thing where you fill out pages of silly grade schoolish questions albeit fun to fill out, really.
Autograph as in that colorful notebook you would write PLEASE SIGN IN MY AUTOGRAPH! in big bold letters on the fly leaf.
Autograph as in that notebook with the "PLEASE SIGN IN" sign that almost everyone in your class is squirming to fill out!
I found an old autograph.
It gave me a good laugh the way most of us back then answered the questions - all the time taken for thought, for a good answer.
To tell everyone who reads that autograph that one day... "I WANT TO BE SUCCESSFUL."
To let everyone who signs it know that... "I'VE GOT A CRUSH ON !@&?%!" or whoever that is.
I found an old autograph.
That autograph was mine, it was issued out on the year of 1997.
I was in 5th grade.
What almost brought me to tears was when I skimmed through the pages and found the part where the stupid autograph notebook asked: "WHO IS YOUR BEST FRIEND?"
I guess something must be very wrong with me back then because none of those who signed in my autograph mentioned me as one of their best friends, not even one, not even put me in there just for the heck of it or for the fact that it was mine and they were given the privilege to sign it (yes, it was a big deal back then to be able to sign in somebody's autograph).
How sad.
How dismaying.
I don't know if I was too kind or was a big braggart during grade school, but I'm pretty sure I've been surrounded mostly with superficial friends.
They just weren't real at all.
I love my friends and didn't even hate them, didn't even hold grudges when they left me just when my life started to fall apart.
I didn't beg for them when they turned their backs on me when I needed them most and all they could give me were letters of pity and endless sorries because they couldn't accept what had happened to me and my family.
I guess it was just a phase, but I should say it was really hard for me.
I'm glad I found my best friend who accepted me for who and what I am.
She took me out of the darkness and took me back into the light.
She was the one who made me face those who have forsaken me in my times of deep need.
And it's funny how I still get along very well with those same people.
I swear, even though I haven't forgotten about the take off, I have no bad feelings towards them at all.
I'm just glad we've grown out of that already and have become very good friends again.
But of course, I'm still keeping my guards up.
Yes, I found an old autograph of mine
Filled with things kids are most fond of writing and/or saying.
I found an old autograph
and I don't feel too old or too friendless at all.

i'm sorry to have rant that way,

I think I must be too happy to write anything that would make sense today. So as promised I'm just going to post some of my pictures from the Slumber Party that I really slept on last weekend.
